Self Assessment

I have always put my best effort into physical education, when I'm there, and of course that is the key word. I struggle on some days when it is bright and sunny and the pollen seems to just find me, I can't do very much as my field of view becomes minimal due to the constant scratching and my riggers of dealing with allergies. I try to add contribution with the skills I have, like for instance I could take control of softball because I'm familiar with it, help guide students to proper positions, help pitch, and hit the only home run of the few days we played, and then when we play games I know i'm not familiar with or have a lesser amount of skill in, I go off in the shadows and do my part, but to a lesser degree. I always bring an up beat attitude to PE, I never try to bring people down, or force people to do things they don't want to. I will motivate my partner when we do the sit ups and push ups, and I expect the same back, pushing me to a goal I will thrive to achieve. I don't think I have ever pushed myself to physically do anything, I know my limits and with a small injury I have sustained I may not be able to push myself like I would have liked, I did however manage to get a high amount of push ups successfully completed in the time allotted, maybe not high for some, but for me I did very well. I think the best form of leadership is to understand weaknesses and advantages of some, and even if it wont be in the best interest of the group, as long as its the best percentage of victory, that is leadership.
I believe that while attending the PE class I deserve a B, but including all of my absences and lack of effort to running and the planks a C is fair in my eyes.
